The aim of this group is to cultivate a mindful and purposeful approach to the day ahead. It starts with a mindfulness exercise, followed by a review of the day’s schedule and skill focus, and a brief structured check-in. After the check-in, there is often time for group discussion on common themes, focusing on using skills to address life challenges.
Each session is dedicated to learning various therapeutic skills, coping strategies, and concepts to help reduce psychiatric symptoms.

Week in Review, Weekend Planning, and Sustaining Change: The final day of each week often includes discussions and reviews of the skills covered, especially those crucial to your treatment, along with planning for weekend activities and safety, or ongoing efforts to sustain changes made during treatment.
